Return and Refunds Policy

You may only return products in accordance with Rahisi’s standard Return Policy in effect on the date of the return. Suppose you fail to follow Rahisi’s Return Policy. In that case, Rahisi Supplier is not responsible for any returned product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.

You must contact Rahisi Supplier before attempting to return a product in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number to include with the return. Rahisi Supplier shall not be required to accept any return without an authorized RMA number.

Rahisi Supplier has approved the return by providing an RMA number. You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for all risks of loss and shipping and handling fees for returned products.

Rahisi Supplier may, in its sole discretion, charge additional restocking fees and/or issue credit for partial returns less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.

If you are entitled to return a cabinet, rack, or other oversized product (“Oversized Product”) under Rahisi Supplier Return Policy, you must contact Rahisi Supplier to arrange for the Oversized Product to be picked up by a carrier selected by Rahisi Supplier.

Rahisi Supplier shall only accept returns of Oversized Products that such Rahisi Supplier selected carrier certifies as not being damaged. In the event that you return an Oversized Product that is found by Rahisi Supplier to be damaged, you shall pay Rahisi Supplier restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price of such Oversized Product.
